By accessing this website, browsing its content or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the website.

2. Nature of the Website

This website is an informational and advertising resource. It presents our private yacht excursions, routes, onboard services and related information, and provides a means for you to submit an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, create a binding contract. A booking is only confirmed once we have checked availability and sent you a written confirmation together with a final quote.

3. Bookings and Enquiries

To request a booking, you may use the contact form on this website or reach us by e-mail. When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details and any preferences relevant to the requested service. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry that is incomplete, inaccurate or made in bad faith.

All excursions are private and are priced per yacht, not per person, unless expressly stated otherwise. The final price depends on the selected route, the duration of the voyage, the season and any additional services you request.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on this website are indicative and are provided per yacht. They may vary depending on the season, the specific yacht assigned and any additional services requested. A binding price is only established in the written quote we send you after reviewing your enquiry. Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due date, will be set out in that quote and in the booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation conditions, including any applicable deadlines and fees, will be set out in your booking confirmation. If you need to change the date or the route of a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

6. Weather and Route Adjustments

Safety is our highest priority. The captain has full authority to alter, shorten or cancel a voyage if weather, sea conditions or any other safety consideration makes it necessary. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or route. Inmyfashion Ltd. is not liable for changes to the itinerary that are required for safety reasons.

7. Guest Obligations

Guests are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times, to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies that may affect the voyage, and to behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves, other guests or the crew. We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person whose conduct poses a risk to safety.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inmyfashion Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the provision of our services, except where such liability arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and route descriptions — is the property of Inmyfashion Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
